Vendor Database

Sente has worked with various vendors for printing, swag, and creative needs. While it is not necessary to use the below vendors, this list should provide a helpful starting point for pricing out production costs. We also encourage Mortgage Bankers to explore local vendors, as their pricing or inventory may sometimes be more favorable.

As a reminder, please submit a request to Concierge for the Sente marketing department’s help in designing a printable or product. If designing yourself, please send to both Marketing and Compliance (through Concierge) for review and approval!

Sente has specific contacts at the below companies. Please feel free to contact marketing@sentemortgage.com if you’d like help reaching out or managing a request:

Post-Closing Gift Ideas

Post-closing gifts can help cultivate your client relationships, and solidify their future business and referrals. And if the gifts are personalized, there’s less of a chance that they will go unused or be donated. For Mortgage Bankers interested in sending post-closing gifts, here is a bank of ideas to consider (that could also be repurposed to thank clients for sending business your way!).

Welcome your clients to their new home

Send them on an experience

  • A tasting at a local winery, brewery or distillery
  • Tickets to a big game, a movie night, or a family amusement park
  • If your clients are transplants, a local guidebook can help them explore on their own time.

Keep it local

  • Is there a boutique that makes coasters with art or landmarks from your city? A local cookbook on BBQ or favorite fare? Perhaps a bottle from a nearby winery, or a gift certificate to a local coffee shop could do the trick.
  • For particularly philanthropic clients, you could also offer to make a donation to their favorite charity.

Make the logistics easier

  • New address labels or a self-inking stamp with your clients’ new address
  • Fine stationery personalized with the new home address
  • An engraved key ring

Custom gift box

  • Let someone else do the heavy-lifting by curating a gift box of specialties with light branding and quality presentation. Boxes can feature locally-sourced goods so your clients can appreciate your small business support; they can be traditional and celebratory, like a bottle of bubbly, champagne flutes, and nice chocolates; or fun and cozy, like homemade hot chocolate sets or keepsakes like tea towels, wooden snack bowls, and glass kitchen soap sets. Some vendors to consider (at various price points):

Premium experience

  • A top-of-the-line gifting and client retention service exists, but at significant cost. Client Giant has a multi-step, automated plan that delivers surprises and helpful services to clients throughout the buying process, or to keep you top-of-mind after working with a client.
